Our journey began designing a smaller-scale eVTOL, BoilerUP, with the objective of achieving “short-hop” urban tranpsortation flights.
Our first iteration serves as a Proof of Concept, from where we will scale up to a larger vehicle for the GoAERO Competition.
Primary Features:
- DC Brushless Motors to power propellers
- Hexarotor electric Vertical Takeoff and Landing configuration.
- Capable of 15 minute flight time with a 25 pound payload.
- Controlled wirelessly with autopilot and user input.
